At Marketing By Ashonna., we are committed to providing high-quality services and support to help your business grow. Because many of our services involve time, strategy, and digital products, we’ve outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness:
1. Design & Branding Services (Logo, Website, À La Carte Graphics)
Due to the custom nature of design work, all sales are final once the project has begun. However:

If a project has not yet started (no concepts delivered), you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment.

Revisions are included as outlined in your package or service agreement. We work closely with you to ensure you’re satisfied before final delivery.
2. CRM Setup, Automation & Management
CRM setups and automations require strategy and implementation time. As such:

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Monthly management services can be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.
3. CRM Subscription Services (A SaaS/White-Labeled Platform)
If you are subscribed to our CRM as a service:

You may cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

No refunds are provided for monthly or annual subscription fees after payment is processed, as system access and resources are immediately allocated.
4. Technical Issues or Errors
If a technical error on our end causes a service interruption or prevents access to your materials, we will work quickly to resolve the issue. In rare cases, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
