We provide branding and logo design, website design & development, à la carte graphic design, CRM setup and automation, and SaaS platform access through a white-labeled version of a non-disclosed third party.

2. Payments & Billing

All services must be paid upfront or according to the agreed payment terms.
Subscription-based services (e.g., CRM access or monthly automation management) will be billed on a recurring basis.
Missed or failed payments may result in paused or terminated access to services or platforms.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and time-based services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started or system access is granted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

All custom branding, logos, and websites created for clients become their property once payment is complete.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all required content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays in communication or asset delivery may affect project timelines and delivery.
It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve final deliverables prior to use or publishing.

6. Platform Access & Usage (CRM SaaS)

CRM platform access is offered as a subscription and may include onboarding, automation setup, and white-labeled branding.
Clients may not resell or redistribute the platform unless explicitly stated in a reseller agreement.
Any misuse of the platform or violation of usage terms may result in termination of access.

7. Revisions & Edits

Each design service includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in the service description. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed separately.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time due to non-payment, abusive behavior, or violation of our terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

Marketing By Ashonna A. is not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or business disruptions caused by use of our services or products. Clients are responsible for final approval of all deliverables.

10. Privacy

All personal and business information provided is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
